CoWorkboard is my own product: Kanban like the well-known services, but on your own web space — buy once, no per-seat subscription.
Boards, lists, cards, checklists, planner, calendar and table, plus automation with rules, card buttons and schedules, recurring cards, custom fields, polls and private boards. The files go onto ordinary Apache or LiteSpeed hosting via FTP, an installer guides through setup in about ten minutes.
Each person stores their own AI access (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or their own server), and through a Claude connection Claude reads and edits boards with the rights of the connected person. Behind it runs the complete sales chain: bilingual sales site with live demo, Stripe checkout, licence server and signed updates with automatic rollback on errors.

Teams pay monthly per seat for Kanban services, and the data sits with the provider. The task: build the same feature set as software that runs on ordinary web hosting — no Docker, no own server — and sell, deliver and keep it up to date as a product.

What started as an in-house need became a product that is sold and delivered: buyers put CoWorkboard on their hosting, work in the browser on desktop and phone, and keep their data on their own server — without ongoing per-person costs.
