Movieheld
Web · 2025/ Overview
For Movieheld, a cinematic scroll-driven website was created — built for a filmmaker who knows how to carry emotion himself.
Mario Held of Movieheld produces image films, recruiting videos, event videos and commercials in and around Chemnitz. The website had to mirror that: no template, no site builder — but its own visual language with card-stack scrolling, pinned service slides and a big SVG hero wordmark.
Plus a technical SEO/GEO foundation with structured data, GA4 (Consent Mode v2), Open Graph and a clean performance setup — so Movieheld not only looks good but also gets found.
/ Project details
/ Challenge
The challenge: a website for a filmmaker who lives visual quality every day. No template could deliver that — the site itself had to feel cinematic: own scroll logic, pinned service slides, SVG hero and a portfolio that really shows the videos.
/ Services
Vibecoding / Rapid Prototyping
UI concept, component structure and interaction design in the flow — from idea to finished layout without detours through wireframes and agency loops.
Web development
GSAP ScrollTrigger for card stack, pinned sections and reveal animations. Lenis for buttery smooth scroll. Vanilla JS without framework overhead — fast, maintainable, clean.
SEO & GEO
Schema.org (LocalBusiness, VideoObject), GA4 with Consent Mode v2, Open Graph, meta setup and performance basics — so Movieheld becomes visible locally and in AI search.
Site Pulse, backend & SEO/GEO
Delivered with Site Pulse (GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed, uptime and mail alerts in its own dashboard), a backend for editing content independently and an SEO/GEO foundation: Schema.org markup, clean sitemap and robots, Open Graph, llms.txt — so Google, Bing and AI search find, understand and cite the site.

AI-generated Media in this project contain AI-generated content (labelled per Art. 50 EU AI Act).

/ Solution
Movieheld got its own scroll architecture: a pinned hero over a card stack, an SVG wordmark as headline, services as an interactive slide list and a portfolio with hover-play videos — all without a framework, all with real millisecond load times.
/ Tech-Stack
HTML5, CSS3 & Vanilla JS
Semantic markup, custom properties, fluid responsive layouts. No React, no Next.js — a deliberately lean base for maximum performance and maintainability.
GSAP & Lenis
ScrollTrigger for pinned sections, card-stack transitions, text reveals and clip-path animations. Lenis for natural smooth scrolling without extra weight.
SEO & GEO
LocalBusiness + VideoObject schema, llms.txt, GA4 Consent Mode v2, Open Graph, performance baseline, admin interface for partner management and portfolio updates.
