Fahrradkontor Lichtenstein
Web · 2026/ Overview
For Fahrradkontor Lichtenstein, a complete digital presence was created — from the scroll animation to its own analytics dashboard.
Fahrradkontor Lichtenstein is a bike workshop and spare-parts shop in Saxony — honest advice, fast repairs, no sales pressure. The new website had to convey that: no site-builder look, but its own visual language with a scroll-driven 128-frame sequence at its heart that assembles a bike before the visitor’s eyes while scrolling.
Plus an admin area where the owner maintains FAQ and leasing partners himself, an appointment form with slider verification against spam, and a technical SEO foundation: Google Search Console, sitemap, GDPR-compliant GA4 and its own Pulse analytics dashboard right on the domain.
/ Project details
/ Challenge
Starting point: zero material. Apart from the logo and a phone portrait there was nothing — no photos, no texts, no structure. A local craft business should feel as honest and precise online as in the workshop itself. No template, but its own scroll experience — and behind it an SEO and analytics foundation that actually improves visibility in Lichtenstein/Saxony.
/ Services
From ground zero to final
Delivered: a logo and a phone portrait — nothing else. Concept, structure, texts, visual language, the 128-frame scroll sequence, the admin backend, SEO/GEO and Site Pulse were all created from one hand. From a blank page to the live site, without an agency, without suppliers.
Vibecoding / Rapid Prototyping
Concept, structure and interaction design in the flow — including an admin area where the owner maintains FAQ and leasing partners without a developer.
Web development
GSAP ScrollTrigger for a 128-frame canvas sequence (with JPG fallback), Lenis smooth scroll, logo morph interaction. WebP for all images, PageSpeed 80 mobile.
SEO & Analytics
Search Console verified, sitemap submitted, Google Business Profile correctly linked. GA4 with GDPR consent banner plus its own Pulse dashboard right under the domain.
Site Pulse, backend & SEO/GEO
Delivered with Site Pulse (GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed, uptime and mail alerts in its own dashboard), a backend for editing content independently and an SEO/GEO foundation: Schema.org markup, clean sitemap and robots, Open Graph, llms.txt — so Google, Bing and AI search find, understand and cite the site.

/ Solution
Fahrradkontor Lichtenstein got a website that immediately leaves an impression of precision — and behind it a system the owner can operate himself: FAQ, leasing partners and appointment requests run through the own admin area, while Search Console, GA4 and the Pulse dashboard keep visibility in view.
/ Tech-Stack
HTML5, CSS3 & Vanilla JS
Semantic markup, lean base without framework overhead. Canvas-based frame sequence for the scroll animation, with JPG fallback for older devices.
GSAP & Lenis
ScrollTrigger drives the frame sequence and section reveals, Lenis provides buttery smooth scrolling.
Admin-CMS & Pulse-Dashboard
PHP backend with login-protected admin (FAQ, leasing partners, logo uploads) and its own Pulse analytics dashboard (GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed) right under /tools/.
